**Five Star Restaurant: Dark Diner** (hereinafter referred to as "the Game") is developed and operated by **PC Studio** ("we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you install and play our Game.

The Game is primarily an offline simulation game. **We do not collect, store, or process any Personally Identifiable Information (PII)** such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical location.

* **Game Saves & Progress**: All game progress, inventory, level data, and scores are stored strictly locally on your device.
* **Leaderboards (if applicable)**: If you choose to submit scores to an online leaderboard, only your self-designated username and score will be transmitted.
