### 一、 個人資料的收集與使用
* **不收集任何個人資料**：我們不要求您註冊帳號、登入，也不會收集您的姓名、電子郵件地址、電話號碼、聯絡人、地理位置或任何其他敏感的個人辨識資料。
* **無資料上傳**：本應用程式不包含任何後端雲端伺服器。您載入的影片、編輯進度以及導出的影片檔案，**絕不會**上傳到我們的伺服器或任何第三方伺服器。

### 二、 影片檔案的本地處理說明
* **100% 本地離線處理**：您載入本應用程式進行編輯的影片檔案，皆透過本機的 FFmpeg 影像處理技術進行裁切、馬賽克遮罩與浮水印合成。所有的運算與轉碼處理均在您的行動裝置上離線完成。
* **暫存檔控制**：在影片匯出處理期間產生的臨時緩存檔案，均會在您關閉匯出對話框或退出應用程式時自動安全清除，不留痕跡。

### 三、 裝置權限的使用目的
本應用程式在執行過程中，會向您要求以下必要的裝置權限：
1. **讀取相簿/媒體檔案權限 (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_VIDEO)**：僅用於允許您在應用程式內瀏覽並選取您想要編輯的影片檔案。
2. **寫入相簿/媒體檔案權限 (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / 相簿儲存權限)**：僅用於將您完成編輯並導出的影片，安全存回您手機的系統相簿中。
3. **分享權限**：在您同意的情況下，啟用系統原生分享功能，將影片暫時快取以傳送至您選擇的其他社交或通訊軟體（如 LINE, Instagram 等），分享完成後即刻清除快取。

我們承諾，絕不會在上述目的之外，擅自讀取或篡改您裝置上的其他任何檔案。

### 四、 第三方服務與廣告 SDK
* **無第三方廣告**：本應用程式內不包含任何第三方廣告投遞 SDK（如 Google AdMob 等）。
* **無分析與追蹤 SDK**：本應用程式內不包含任何使用者行為追蹤或分析統計工具（如 Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics 等）。我們不會追蹤您在 App 內的操作習慣。

### 五、 兒童隱私保護
由於本應用程式不會收集、儲存或傳輸任何個人資訊，因此我們完全符合各地區對兒童隱私保護的法規。本應用程式適合所有年齡層的用戶安全使用。

VideoSimpleEdit is a video editing and trimming application. To function correctly, the App requires access to the media files on your device.
- **Local Processing Only**: Any video, audio, or image files you select, edit, trim, or export using the App are processed **entirely locally on your device**. 
- **No Uploads**: We **do not** upload, transmit, or share your media files to any external cloud servers, third parties, or our own servers.

## 2. Device Permissions
To provide our video editing features, the App may request the following permissions on your mobile device:
- **Read Media Video (`READ_MEDIA_VIDEO`) / Storage Access (`READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE`)**: Required to allow you to select and load videos from your device gallery into the App for editing.
- **Write/Save to Storage (`WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE`)**: Required to save your exported/edited videos back to your device's photo gallery or downloads directory.
You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time through your device's system settings. If you choose not to grant these permissions, certain features of the App (such as importing and exporting videos) may not function.

## 3. Third-Party Services
The App utilizes open-source libraries (such as FFmpeg) locally on your device to execute video rendering, trimming, and processing commands. 
- These libraries run completely offline on your device.
- We do not use third-party analytics, advertisements, or tracking SDKs that collect or share your behavior or data.

Our App is safe for users of all ages. Because we do not collect any personal information, we do not knowingly collect, request, or maintain any information from children under the age of 13.
